Please read the following information before you submit the form.

Thank you for trusting me with your vision!

For your safety, I am unable to tattoo clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or severely immune-compromised (e.g., undergoing chemotherapy or with health conditions that may prevent proper healing). I am not accepting cover-ups or requests for tattoos on hands, faces or feet.

Upon submitting your request, it will be reviewed and you will receive a response as soon as possible. Please check both your inbox and spam folder. If you don’t hear from me within 5 days, you may follow up by emailing booking@meginked.com

If your proposal is approved, you will receive a $100+tax non-refundable deposit invoice via Square, appointment scheduling instructions and a quote for your tattoo. I will reach out if there are any questions about your design.

The tattoo design will be presented at the time of your appointment. Minor adjustments are generally allowed.

All flash designs are one-of-a-kind and will not be repeated.

Rates

Flat rate based on the project, size and placement.

* The flat rate applies to the agreed-upon design. Significant changes in design, size, or placement may require a revised price.

Minimum charge is $300+tax.

Deposit

A $100+tax non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward the final tattoo session.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is paid. Deposit must be paid within 2 days of booking; unpaid invoice will result in automatic cancellation.

Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or arrivals more than 30 minutes late will forfeit the deposit.
