Please read the following information before you submit the form.

To submit a request, you must be at least 18 years of age.
At this time I will not be taking on any projects involving cover-ups or continuing existing pieces. Requests for artwork on hands, faces and feet are not accepted. Once you submit your request, your proposal will be reviewed. I will get back to you within 3 business days (even if your submission isn’t accepted). If you don’t hear from me, please be sure to check your spam folder.
If your proposal is approved, you will receive a Square invoice via email to place a $100+tax non-refundable deposit, an email from me with instructions on appointment scheduling, and a quote for the total cost of your tattoo. If any questions arise about your design, I will contact you via email.
The tattoo design will ONLY be shown at the time of your appointment. Minor changes are generally fine.
All flash designs are one-of-a-kind and will not be repeated.
Rates
Flat rate based on the project, size and placement.
Minimum charge is $250+tax.
Deposit
A $100+tax deposit is required for all appointments at the time of booking.
The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards the final session of the tattoo.
No appointments are finalized until a deposit is paid. You have 3 days to pay the deposit. If you don't pay the invoice before it’s due, the system will automatically cancel the appointment.
You must notify me 48 hours before your appointment to reschedule.
If you cancel your appointment or show up more than 30 minutes late, your deposit will be lost. I will notify you if I need to reschedule your appointment.
